➡️ About the role
As a Junior/ Middle Back-End Developer you'll be responsible for the server-side code and APIs of our web applications.
You'll be involved in the entire product development lifecycle including the design, development, deployment and maintenance of new and existing features.
Your work will impact the stability and quality of our web applications. You'll write reusable and maintainable code.
You'll also perform UI tests to optimize performance. You'll work closely with our development team to ensure system consistency and to create a great user experience. Ultimately, you'll be the driving force behind all back-end activities.
➡️ Responsibilities
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
- Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience. - Using the latest back-end technology, creating adaptable interfaces for online apps.
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
- Create and maintain software documentation
- Be responsible for maintaining, expanding and scaling our projects
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
- Building maintainable code for future use

- You have a basic understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
- You have a good knowledge of JavaScript or Node JS.
- You have a good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- You have a good understanding of code versioning tools (GIT/SVN).
- You have ability to work independently or with a group.
- You can troubleshoot problems in the team and for users.
- You're analytical and good at time management.
- You have great problem-solving skills and you work well in a team.
- You're curious about new technologies and you're excited to find ways to implement them in your work.
- You have a big appetite to learn and improve your back-end skills
