If you refer a candidate to Brains Consulting and they get placed into a role we will pay you up to EUR500* (terms and conditions apply).

How Does It Work?
Refer: If we fill a permanent vacancy with someone you refer to us, we will pay you up to EUR500*

Instructions:

• Get the email permission of the candidate to pass on their information to us.

• Call us on +40 729478762 or email refer@brainsconsulting.ro to activate this offer and pass on the candidate's information.

• We will clarify the referral fee you could get if the candidate is placed, based on the fee structure described.

• Following terms and conditions below, you will get paid.

*Terms and Conditions

• You must gain express permission from the referred candidate to pass their information to Brains Consulting, prior to sending us their contact information.

• The referral must be a new candidate to our database, or have not been contacted by Brains Consulting in over 12 months.

• Refer fees will be paid once the candidate has completed 8 weeks’ worth of timesheets (contractor role) or passed their probationary period (permanent role).

Referral fees will be paid as follows:

• Placement. Average agency fee in Construction (workers as Painters, Carpenters, Electricians, Plumbers, etc), Manufacturing&Industrial (welders, CNC programmers, etc). Transportation&Repairs (Truck drivers, Bus Drivers, Mechanics, Car Painters, Panel Beaters, etc), Medical (nurses, carers), Sales and Marketing (sales agent, call-center) = up to EUR 100 referral fee

• Permanent placement. Engineering, Medical (Dentists, Pharmacists), Specialists in Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR = up EUR 250 referral fee

• Permanent placement. Management, Doctors, IT roles = up to EUR500 referral fee
