The Employer  is one of Ireland's leading health and social care providers.  They pride theirselves in providing high quality safe and effective care in the home and community, for persons of all ages with varying degrees of ability. They offer complex adult/paediatric nursing support in the homes as well.

➡️ Locations:

- 26 offices nationwide (Dublin, Cork, Galway, North East,  Kerry, Limerick, Killdare, etc)

- They are committed to the on-going training and development of staff. Quality and safety is at the core of all their work and every office, independently owned and managed.

➡️ Essential Criteria:

- Applicants must hold an EU healthcare-related qualification that is equivalent to or exceeds a Level 5 QQI award in Healthcare. Equivalency will be assessed based on factors like the course content and duration. For instance, short courses lasting 2-4 weeks would not be acceptable, while a course of 6 months or longer may fulfil the requirement.
Also, candidates with previous experience in UK and NVQ2 or NVQ3 courses are eligible.

- good level of English language (B1-B2), for a good communnication with the pacients.

- Candidates must also hold both a valid full driving license from their country of residence.

- EU citizenship.

➡️ Key Responsibilities:

Role of Care Assistant:
The Healthcare assistant’s primary role is to deliver personal care and assistance to a client in his/her own home. Healthcare assistants are responsible for the implementation of the requirements of the clients care plan, perform identified care duties and promote client comfort, dignity and wellbeing.

➡️ Your responsibilities will include .

- Assist the client with Activities of Living

- Pay due care and attention to all aspects of care duties carried out on behalf of the client

- Provide a high standard of care in compliance with the Company Policies

➡️ Salary rates / hour per week to work / shift patterns - Performance related Bonus

- Gross Annual Salary of €30,000

- 40hrs per week (with option to work overtime)

- Candidate must be available to work days/nights and weekends - Paid travel time
Paid Mileage

➡️ Annual leave

20 days paid leave per annum

➡️ Contract period:  12-24 months
