SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFER
The Centre of Hospitals  is looking for Psychiatrists at their department in Viborg, Horsens, or Randers. All of their departments in the region are part of the consolidated hospital, and you will therefore be connected to both the local department and to colleagues in other cities. Each
department has both ward sections and outpatient clinics.

The recruitment process is implemented during the fall of 2022, and the employment is scheduled to start at the beginning of 2023.

DIVISION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
We and our Partner are responsible for the entire recruitment process. With having more than ten years of experience in the field, we will help you navigate through the application process, preparing for the online interview and eventually, for the personal visit, and we will help you
in finalizing the job offer.

The hospital – in other words, your future employer – is responsible for your relocation to Denmark, and for your language training.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The Hospital  is looking for a specialist doctor in Psychiatry, who takes active responsibility for
examination, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric patients, who has a broad psychiatric      education with comprehensive treatment competences in psychological,
biological, and social-psychiatric treatment methods, who has experience or interest in the field of quality development, along with experience or interest in research.

The candidates:
-    must be graduated the Medical University + Specialization Diploma in one of EU Countries.
-    Fluent in English
-    Wishing to relocate in Denmark and learn Sanish language.

ESTIMATED TIME PLAN

OCTOBER
➢ Presentation of your application
➢ The hospital will decide if they would like to have a preliminary online interview with you
➢ Screening and preparation of your portfolio before the online interview
➢ Preparatory meeting with the Recruitment Manager before the online interview
➢ Online interview with the departments, after which they will decide if they would like to invite
you – and your spouse – to a personal visit in Denmark

NOVEMBER
➢ We will arrange your personal visit, all costs are covered by the hospital
➢ You will receive a complete and detailed travel plan and program for your visit
➢ Contract signing
➢ we will help you to start your application for authorization

WINTER
➢ Planning of relocation to Denmark together with your employer
➢ Preliminary online language course begins

WORK START
➢ By the time of your work start you should preferably receive your authorization. The work start is up to discussion with the department, but it is scheduled at the beginning of 2023


WHAT WILL HAPPEN DURING YOUR PERSONAL VISIT?
You will be introduced to the department and the head of management at the department, and you will have the chance for a personal interview at the hospital.
During your visit, you will also meet with your future language teacher. Naturally, a consultant will guide you around the location and answer all your questions if you have.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER YOUR PERSONAL VISIT?
If the visit goes well, you will be offered a position at the department which best fits your profile and professional interests. Should you wish to accept the offer, you will sign a pre-contract, which is the letter of intent. Eventually, we will contact you to arrange your application for your authorization, and your employer will contact you to arrange the language
training and relocation to Denmark.


LANGUAGE COURSE AND REQUIREMENTS

Your language learning will be organized and managed by the employer, and you will learn Danish in Denmark via an intensive language course.

Once you have accepted a job offer your will be offered online language training until your arrival in the country. During your first months in Denmark, you are to concentrate on Danish classes alongside the new doctors from the other departments.

You will then gradually be introduced to the work within the department, while your language classes continue.
There will also be opportunities for your spouse to take Danish classes at the local language center. Also, as a doctor with a foreign education, you are required to pass Danish tests at multiple levels in the first year of your employment, for which your employer and language teacher will help you prepare.

SALARY DURING THE LANGUAGE COURSE

You will be paid according to the collective agreement for doctors in Denmark, after negotiation with the relevant union. The monthly salary will be DKK 50,587 from the start of employment.

After half a year the salary will increase to DKK 57,163. The salary is included 16,85 % of pension paid to the Doctor ́s pension fund.

After you have passed the Danish tests, the monthly salary will be DKK 68,714. This salary is at this point included 18,56 % of pension paid to the Doctor's pension fund.
