REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Locație: Timisoara

 

Regional Sales Manager va fi responsabil de:
- dezvoltarea si conducerea executiei strategiilor de vanzari, organizarea, coordonarea, indrumarea si controlul intregii activitati a companiei din regiunea de competenta;
- Realizeaza planul de vanzari, marja comerciala, incasari si de profit
- incadrarea in bugetul de cheltuieli aprobat.

 

Responsabilitati:
• Stabileste obiective specifice pentru zona atribuita, atat pentru canalul de vanzare en-gros cat si pentru cel en-detail, supervizeaza si ofera suport pentru implementarea planurilor, politicilor si procedurilor;

• Identifica si dezvolta noi oportunitati de afaceri, se asigura de atingerea obiectivelor de vanzari;

• Revizuieste periodic dimensiunea si potențialul pietei, preturile, tendintele si nevoile clientilor; actualizeaza baza de date de clienti si identifica noi clienti potentiali;

• Stabileste relatii cu clientii noi si existenti la toate nivelurile organizatiei, inclusiv mid si executive level;

• Colecteaza cerintele clientilor si furnizeaza consiliere tehnica imediata cu privire la caracteristicile produsului si beneficiile clientilor in ceea ce priveste calitatea, livrarea si pretul;

• Conferă potentialilor clienti informatii in ceea ce priveste nevoile de echipamente si consiliaza clientii cu privire la tipurile de echipamente de achizitionat;

• Monitorizarea preferintelor clientilor pentru a determina concentrarea eforturilor de vanzari;

• Consilierea distribuitorilor cu privire la politicile si procedurile de operare pentru a asigura eficienaa funcționala a businessului;

• Vizitarea distribuitorilor pentru a stimula interesul pentru înfiintarea sau extinderea parteneriatelor;

• Intocmirea de bugete pentru zona alocata si aprobarea cheltuielilor bugetare;

• Revizuieste inregistrarile operationale si rapoartele pentru a proiecta vanzarile si a determina profitabilitatea;

• Urmareste si asigura realizarea indicatorilor Balanced Score Card (BSC) aprobate pentru regiunea sa;

• Coordonarea fortei de vanzari in definirea grupurilor tinta si masurarea activitatilor fortei de vanzari cu grupurile tinta definite;

• Dezvolta si manageriaza formarea fortei de vanzari, in scopul dezvoltarii si consolidarii cunostintelor despre produs, abilitatilor de vanzare si managementului teritoriului;

• Monitorizeaza permanent pregatirea profesionala a personalului din echipa, pentru lipsurile constatate organizeaza cursuri de perfectionare, instruiri interne si propune instruiri externe, dupa caz;

• Se asigura de indeplinirea obiectivelor de vanzari stabilite de conducerea Companiei. Analizează în mod frecvent relația dintre furnizor si client, monitorizeaza nivelul de satisfactie al clientilor si face propuneri de optimizare;

• Supravegheaza planul de vizita la clienti ai reprezentanților comerciali, respectarea acestuia, organizeaza si participa la vizite paralele cu reprezentantii comerciali;

• Evaluarea potentialului de marketing al locatiilor de magazine noi si existente, luand in considerare istoricul existent;

• Controleaza designul, organizarea, curatenia magazinelor din regiunea sa de competenta;

• Participa la cautarea de noi locatii pentru magazine, selectia si instruirea noului personal, precum si la amenajarea noii suprafete comerciale;

• Reprezentarea companiei la targuri, evenimente pentru promovarea produselor;

• Ofera suport si solutionează reclamatiile clientilor cu privire la vanzari si servicii;

• Participa cu propuneri privind instrumentele de vanzare folosite: campaniile promotionale, reclamele, brosurile si pliantele, mostrele, prezentarile de produse, etc.

• Prezinta rapoarte de vanzari, venituri si cheltuieli si previziuni echipei de management;

 

Cerinţe :

• Minim 2 ani experienta in coordonarea unei echipe de vanzari;

• 5 ani experienta in vanzarea de produse sustinute cu cunostinte tehnice extinse (preferabil in HVAC);

• Abilitati exceptionale de mentinere a relatiei cu clientii, cu capacitatea de a negocia contracte, de a vinde produse si de a construi relatii profesionale;

• Experienta solida in prospectare, calificare de oportunitati, planificare intalniri, conducerea procesului de vanzari, negociere si închidere, dezvoltare contului si managementul timpului/prioritatilor;

• Abilitati excelente de prezentare si comunicare;

• Atitudine autonomă si orientata spre rezultate si spre client;

• Gandire strategica si pozitiva, proactiva in urmarirea obiectivelor;

• Nivel mediu/bun în utilizarea solutiilor MS Office 365;

• Permis de conducere categoria B.
