About the Company
The Client is the biggest supplier in Romania of metal elements for wood joining and hardware elements. They are constantly improve the pportfolio products to meet the needs of their customers with the best and suitable solutions.
About your Job:
- you will sustain the development and optimization of the business in the South Region of Romania.
- You will identify new customers and business opportunities to sell products and services according to the company's business policy.
- You will ocus on the early stages of the sales cycle, bringing qualified customers into the company's portfolio and developing new product ranges to existing customers.
Responsibilities:
• Growing the business in South part of Romania – type: B2B Services;
• Find new local clients and build local partnerships;
• Evaluating permanently the performance of the existing and newly contracts to check the established performance indicators;
• Responsible for the receiption for sales made, according to the commercial conditions negotiated
• Creating good relationship with partners;
• Building long-term partnerships, providing business support to the new clients.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B salesv-vtechnical or constructions services/products
• Driving license (B category);
• Willing to travel in the country (approximately 70-75% of the monthly working time);
• Ability to identify and analyze customer needs;
• Customer management skills, active listening and ability to deliver on time;
• Independence in making decision;
• Ability to solve problems, and capable to generate ideas and solutions.
